On his show last night, Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly went on record as saying ObamaCare is unConstitutional and cited the commerce clause of the Constitution as justification for his claim the fact that the federal government is not allowed to force you to buy something or, in lieu of that, pay a tax as a penalty.
