In an editorial yesterday, the Washington Times pointed out some disturbing provisions in the health care reform measure being pushed by Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mt.), Senate Finance Committee chairman.

Not only will physicians who spend the top 10 percent in caring for patients each year see their compensation reduced –- no matter the cause! — but there WILL be death panels  comprised of people “cleverly disguised as accountants.”
