Chairwoman Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) said today that the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee will begin hearings on S. 1733, global warming legislation, Oct. 27, according to a note from my friends at the office of Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), ranking member of the committee.
Brace yourself as Energy Secretary Steven Chu, U.S. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Jon Wellinghoff will testify.
