In the video above, then-presidential candidate Barack Obama is shown leading a chant of “S-E-I-U! S-E-I-U!” and talking about owning a purple windbreaker. The real kicker is the statement he made about working with Service Employees International Union during his days as a community organizer and during his previous election campaigns:
“That’s how we built political power on the south side of Chicago.”
