This is what the National Review said about the story that Obama was born in Kenya: “The theory that Obama was born in Kenya, that he was smuggled into the U.S., and that his parents somehow hoodwinked Hawaiian authorities into falsely certifying his birth in Oahu, is crazy stuff.”

There were no direct passenger ships from Hawaii to Africa in those days. If someone were to travel on a ship or a plane from Kenya to Hawaii with a child, someone would have seen the family. To then claim that the child was born in Hawaii when people saw the child on a ship or plane is a risky lie to make.

There are no records of Obama’s mother arriving in Kenya and no birth records in Kenya, and no US travel documents showing that Obama traveled from Kenya to the USA. (Did you think that the US government would let a child from Kenya into the USA without a visa or a US passport, or that the child was entered in his mother’s passport?)

The grandmother did not say that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii.
Her answer is right after the question: “Whereabouts was he born?” And she replies “America, Hawaii.”

There is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, of which the Wall Street Journal comments: “Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn.”

I watched and heard the videotape recording of Barack’s grandmother saying she was present at his birth “here”. She was sitting outside her home in rural Kenya. She was quickly corrected by someone off-camera, reminded of what to say instead, and then repeated those words, which the tape also recorded. Her original words were obviously clipped out, Nixonized.

Why is no one mentioning Raul Odinga, Barack’s cousin by his older aunt ( who has never visited the USA)? Raul, following in his father’s radical footsteps, leads the Kenyan Insurgent Muslim Party, masterminded the bloody aftermath of Kenya’s last election. Barack was birthed in Kenya to be a Muslim Radical Party leader.

Obama’s father was not an American citizen (British). Obama was born with a dual citizenship (British/American). Even if he were born on American soil, he would not be natural born; rather native born. Just as if immigrants come here and have a baby on American soil. That baby becomes a native born American. Before the Constitution was written, Vattel’s “Law of Nations” was the legal treatise the courts used. The problem with the eligibility case could be cleared up by the Supreme Court, but I believe now that they know what’s going to happen. The only way to clear it up is to go back that far in historical documents and after recently reading some legal arguments from pre-Constitution period, I realize that Obama most likely was not eligible (even if our Constitution did not define “natural born” definitively). It’s going to be a great embarrassment to many that he wasn’t vetted properly. There are many who are benefiting with Obama in office. And they are on the verge of circumventing the Constitution setting a precedent that could gravely endanger future generations. Our founders only put the “natural born” argument on one position and that was U.S. President. My worry is about the fact that someone who proclaimed to be a Constitutional scholar decided to disregard our rule of law, the Constitution, to possibly commit fraud on the American people. Why he’d do that I’m not for certain. Maybe to create that precedent that so many want. I don’t know. But seeing the stimulus bills and takeovers of big companies is so far from what our founders wanted that I’d have no problem with the truth coming out and having him removed from an office he never was meant to have.

First, if Obama had been born in Kenya there would at least be a Kenyan document showing that his mother arrived in Kenya in 1961. No such document has been found, and the explanation that the Kenyan government has sealed the files is weak, since if the Kenyan government had sealed any files it would have been reported by respected news agencies (NOT WND).

Second, if Obama had been born in Kenya, he would have needed a US travel document to get to the USA, such as a US visa on a British passport or a change to his mother’s passport to include him, and that would have had to have been issued in Kenya. Either of those documents would still be on file at the US State Department, if they existed, and they would have been found, if they existed. But no such document has turned up.

Third, it is absurd to believe that Obama’s mother traveled from Hawaii to Kenya while she was pregnant. Pregnant women rarely traveled long distances in 1961 because of fear of miscarriages, and there were no direct flights in those days, so she would have had to have made four or five stops along the way to Kenya and back, on poorly pressurized planes, and with long-distance airline tickets costing relatively more (compared to average earnings) in those days than now.

Fourth, Obama’s Kenyan grandmother never said that Obama was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii. This can be clearly heard if you listen to the complete recording of the tape, which is on Berg’s site. The complete recording includes a question asking “Whereabouts was he born?” And her answer was: “America, Hawaii.”

Sixth, the notices in the Hawaiian newspapers (two newspapers) were sent out by the government of Hawaii for births in Hawaii, and not for births outside of Hawaii. Seventh, the notices confirm the official birth certificate of Hawaii, which says that Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961 (which was before Hawaii allowed foreign births to be registered in Hawaii). The facts on the official birth certificate have been confirmed twice by the officials in Hawaii. And finally, there is even a witness who recalls being told of Obama’s birth in Hawaii (because she wrote about the birth to a woman named Stanley to her father, also named Stanley) (http://www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html).
