Former Vice President Al Gore has, to date, refused to debate Lord Christopher Monckton on the subject of global warming. Hoping to “sweeten the pot” for the man who’s made millions hocking predictions about the end of the world coming soon due to man-made climate changed, the folks at the Competitive Enterprise Institute have decided to sweeten the pot.
As shown in the video above, they’re offering Gore $500 — plus other monies raised — to debate the former advisor to the British government.
That, my friends, would seem to be an offer he can’t refuse. Stay tuned!

$500? Are you serious? I wouldn’t waste my time going to work for only $500 and if you think a mulit millionaire who spends more than that on a single bottle of champagne is going to be overjoyed to receive such an insulting offer, you need to go to line 1 and check into reality.
You mention your viewers sending in $1 additionally, but you have no pledges from anyone to serve as an estimate of how much he would earn, but seriously, how many followers do you have? I bet it isn’t enough.
That greedy lying peckerhead doesn’t have a pile of crap to stand on as real evidence, so do you really think he would debate a qualified person for any amount of money, which could result in the crash of his financial empire? Get real!
Gore may be a jackass, and even seem like a dumbass, but he is smart enough to be making hundreds of millions of dollars and convincing an awful lot of uneducated sheep to follow him, which I would argue actually makes him an F’n genius.
Offer him $500 Billion and he may show up for a debate, otherwise you are just making yourselves look like ignorant fools by believing that this pitiful gesture has any meaning at all. Think about how much he stands to earn over the next 10-20 years alone and you will start to see why he will never do anything to jeopardize his massive ongoing income far into the future, and the financial future of his offspring, and their offspring, and their offspring…get it?
This almost seems like an offer designed specifically to make non believers of the global warming hype appear to be complete idiots.
Who are you really working for? What are your real intentions with this offer? If you are trying to further the movement to educate people about all the lies behind the man made global warming crap, you aren’t helping. You have likely set back the cause by a decade with this one poorly thought out tact.
