The headline I used the last time I reported on Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) pretty much summed up the story:  Barbara Boxer Gives Republicans the Shaft, Tosses Senate Committee Rules Out the Window.  Today, I let a light-hearted comment Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) directed toward Senator Boxer serve as my headline.
