A whopping six protesters in favor of government-run health care showed up Saturday to counter anti-socialism protesters during their weekly rally at the intersection of Highways K and N in O’Fallon, Mo.
Who was in the small group that was outnumbered 22 to 1 by the folks on the other side of the road? Who was outnumbered by people who prefer freedom and limited government interference in their lives? Photos from the rally site seem to indicate most of them were union members.
The photo above right shows a man wearing a United Auto Workers t-shirt, while the photos below show a “UAWCMN” (“UAW Chairman”) vanity license plate and two bumper stickers — “UNION YES” and “Wal-Mart Sucks” — adorning vehicles parked nearby the counter-protesters.
Editor’s Note: To learn more about the anti-socialism rallies taking place in the city of 77,000 located on I-70 about 30 miles west of St. Louis, visit K-N-Patriots.org or read these BMW posts.
