Almost two weeks ago, a USA TODAY article warned about a shortage of chicken wings (a.k.a., “Buffalo Wings”):

With U.S. chicken production set to fall for the first time in 36 years and demand for chicken wings on the rise as hungry football fans flock to sports bars, restaurants are running into an age-old problem: a chicken has only two wings.

Today, I found a source to supply the nation with plenty of meat for those wings.  Of course, the source is Nepal, and the meat is buffalo meat.
