Need to burn off the Thanksgiving calories and, at the same time, stand up for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? If so, there are plenty of opportunities in the St. Louis area Saturday:

• The K-N-Patriots, whose efforts I’ve chronicled for several weeks now, will hold their weekly anti-socialism rally at the intersection of Highways K and N in O’Fallon, Mo.  Beginning every Saturday at noon, the event has attracted as many as 400 people at the intersection where some 40,000 vehicles pass daily.

• In what is likely to be the largest gathering of the day, organizers of the St. Louis Tea Party Coalition will host a Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday rally at Kiener Plaza in downtown St. Louis beginning at noon. For more details, click here.

• Related to the above event, My Conservative Group is sponsoring a “Rolling Tea Party” that will lead to Kiener Plaza!  Participants are asked to decorate their vehicles with flags and signs and then meet at the Des Peres Cinema south parking lot at 9:30am!  Click here for more details.

• The Franklin County Patriots are staging a Rolling Tea Party of their own that will begin in Sullivan, Mo., and end up in downtown St. Louis.  Click here for details.
  

• Across the river in Alton, Ill., the Alton Youth Tea Party expects as many as 250 people to attend a rally at Gordon Moore Community Park (Rte. 140 NE of Alton) from 1 to 5 p.m.
