"Yikes! I Might Be...Militia!"
During a press briefing in Copenhagen this week, Irish filmmaker Phelim McAleer asked Stanford University Professor Stephen Schneider an inconvenient question about the “ClimateGate” e-mails that have cast dark clouds of doubt over the work of scientists who claim man-made global warming endangers the plant.
McAleer, the producer of the documentary “Not Evil, Just Wrong,” is shown in the video below being interrupted twice by Professor Schneider’s assistant and members of the United Nations staff before being told — under threat of arrest, I might add — to stop filming by an armed U.N. security guard.
Time after time, McAleer runs into obstacles when he tries to obtain answers about climate change from people who purport to be experts on the subject.
Two months ago, McAleer had a heated exchange with former vice president-turned global warming evangelist Al Gore during a recent meeting of the Society of Environmental Journalists in Madison, Wisc. My Oct. 14 post, Video: Gore Unable to Defend Global Warming, includes the video below which captured the exchange and its aftermath.
Three months ago, he had the “nerve” to ask celebrity attendees at the New York City premiere of a new enviro-docudrama, The Age of Stupid, an inconvenient question and, as reported in my Sept. 30 post, ‘Age of Stupid’ Hates Inconvenient Questions, was booted from the venue and prevented from asking any more questions or conducting more interviews as a result.
My recommendation for McAleer: Ask people like Professor Schneider, actress Gillian Anderson, Gore and others to whom you direct these tough questions to take a dose of INCONVENIENT TRUTH SERUM before they answer. Then, perhaps, you’ll hear something truthful in reply.

Does this not look like the actions of countries like Iran, China, Cuba, Russia, Muslim countries, and dictaorships? A we are suppose to feel comfortable with their policies? Just how naive and stupid do they think we are? I for one am not but I am afraid this new generations of kids are a bunch of saps. I hope another Hilter does not rises up soon thenagain I think these people are something to worry about. Please people wkae up and ask questions and get answers but do not accept this kind of behavior.
