Barbara Boxer Says Climate Change Legislation Might Not Happen for Six or Eight or Ten Years

January 22nd, 2010 · 3 Comments

Speaking to reporters Wednesday, Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), chair of the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, seemed to express an understanding that climate change legislation “might not happen, in a year or two, or five or six or eight or 10.” And that’s good news for everyone — especially those of us who believe global warming alarmism should more appropriately be described as “GLOBULL WARMING.”

That Barbara “don’t call me ma’am” Boxer is a gol dang oracle of prescience.

Of course, her re-election probably won’t happen this year, so there is hope.

It doesn’t matter if Congress ever takes up the legislation. The Executive branch will make the desired laws via the EPA. As unconstitutional as that is those who know the Constitution have been unable to stop the Executive branch from making laws.
