She helped propel Barack Obama to the White House with her music-video rendition of the song, “I’ve Got a Crush on Obama.”  Now, Amber Lee Ettinger (a.k.a., “Obama Girl”) appears to have broken off the politically-motivated love affair.

Appearing on Fox News Channel’s Hannity last night, she told host Sean Hannity, “I just don’t have that big crush like I used to.”

“If I had this crush on him the same way as I did in the beginning,” she added, “I’d be the fool. You know, it’s like a relationship. When you get into a relationship with somebody, they are great and perfect. They say all the right things. And then once you’re in the relationship, it’s like, okay, they’re not that perfect.”

The best line of the interview, however, was this:  “Well, at least I wasn’t the Edwards Girl.”
