Though the hardcover book hasn’t left the printer yet, my review copy of “Climatism!  Science, Commone Sense, and the 21st Century’s Hottest Topic” by Steve Goreham, arrived in my mailbox today.

With a foreword by John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel who has been mentioned in three BMW posts since November 2007, I expect Goreham’s tome will be a good read.

In the letter that accompanied it, Goreham explains how the 17-chapter book published by New Lenox Books is organized:

• Part 1 of the book covers the science of global warming, with a conclusion that our recent warming is caused by natural cycles of Earth, driven by the sun;

• Part II covers Climatism, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the suppression of science, and the “snake oil” remedies of Climatism; and
  

• Part III covers the economics of renewable energy, the disastrous results where renewables have been deployed and developing nations, and finally some common sense recommendations for readers.

Stay tuned as I plan to give “Climatism!” a thorough review.  If I like it, I’ll send Goreham a GLOBULL WARMING sweatshirt to wear on his book-promotion tour.
