How&#039;s this?  A relative of mine, wanting to plan since he pays mostly out of pocket (with a catastrophic plan for back-up) asked how much the test would cost.  After asking repeatedly, he was told repeatedly $200.  It turned out to cost $740.  If the patient can&#039;t figure out what anything costs, how can he vote with his feet/wallet?  It&#039;s insane.  Groceries, gasoline, cell phone service, legal advice--nothing else works this way.</description>
