Earlier this week, I shared news that I surmised could derail Robin Carnahan’s U.S. Senate bid. Today, I share an update from the Missouri Watchdog that was made public Thursday night. Offered in the form of a question — Dead voters in Missouri? — it should prompt an investigation into the practices of the Democrat now serving as Missouri’s secretary of state.
Here’s a brief rundown of what reporter Earl Glynn found:
Missouri Watchdog extracted 3.1 million records from the Death Master File and compared them with the 4.1 million registered voters in Missouri. A scoring system was used to track different kinds of matches and how “good” a match was considered. The results show a potential list of 4,294 dead registered voters who could be removed once official verification has been established.
…and…
From the 4,294 potential dead registered voters a check was made between the death date and the date the last ballot was cast. This resulted in 281 potential “dead voters.”
Smells like election fraud to me. Roy Blunt should make hay out of it.

Great job, Watchdog!
Firstly, even if the 281 figure is correct, while terrible and wrong, its not likely to affect much. So it doesn’t seem likely to be part of an evil masterplan. Secondly when you look at the spreadsheets for these 281 “matches”, many of them are obviously wrong (different middle initials etc). That leaves about half of them which surely do have a decent explanation (you get these kind of things with massive datasets). Given the tiny number of “matches” for such a huge dataset it seems pretty certain nothing untoward is going on.
Secondly, the first article about there apparently being more voters than people over 18, has been clearly explained by Laura Egerdal (spokesperson for the Missouri Secretary of State), and Missouri Watchdog has added it to his original article.

Ivor — Clearly explained? Obviously, you trust the “fox” in charge of the Missouri Secretary of State’s office (a.k.a., “the hen house”) more than I do.
Well it seems pretty clear to me. Which part of her explanation do you disagree with?
“I would encourage you to take a closer look at the number of active voters, rather than total registered voters. Often, inactive voters appear on the list because the local election authority is waiting the required two federal election cycles before the voter can be removed. The decision in the Department of Justice case you referenced states that federal law “makes it inevitable that voter registration lists will be inflated” because of its requirement that local election authorities wait to remove a voter who has not responded to a canvass mailing until they fail to vote in two successive federal elections.”
Ivor — You’re siding with the “fox.”
/bows to the better debater and leaves the field of play.

Of CORPSE the Dems need the dead to vote for their dead ideology. Socialism/progressivism/communism kills whatever it corrodes and corrupts.
Live voters, armed with fact and truth, don’t give libtards a ghost of a chance…
