This morning, I came across a USA TODAY article and related video (below) that I had bookmarked nearly two years ago as I was in the early stage of writing my first nonfiction book, “Three Days In August: A U.S. Army Special Forces Soldier’s Fight For Military Justice.” After rereading the article and watching the video again, I’m reminded of the similarities between the cases of Nino Lions and Army Green Beret Sgt. 1st Class Kelly A. Stewart and the reasons why I bookmarked it in the first place.
