Kirkwood Shooter’s Brother Describes ‘Act of War’

Judge Ruled Against Kirkwood Shooter Days Ago

The alleged shooter in tonight’s Shooting in Kirkwood, Missouri, Charles Lee “Cookie” Thornton, had his First Amendment-based lawsuit against the city of Kirkwood, Mo., rejected Jan. 28 by U.S. District Judge Catherine D. Perry.
