Obama Gets Failing Grade in MSNBC Survey (Updated)

Though a March 6 poll by NEWSWEEK garnered him a 72 percent favorable rating, President Barack Obama is getting a failing grade in an MSNBC online poll today.  Oh, how things change quickly!

Post-Debate Polls Offer Few Surprises
