President Bill Clinton delivered a stemwinder of a speech to the assembled masses inside the Pepsi Center in Denver tonight. Not surprisingly, he forced his Democratic National Convention audience to listen to him blather on for nearly three times his 10-minute allotment of time. Obviously, “change” isn’t part of his vocabulary.
