Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) pointed out how a rule change contained in the 2,700-page government-run health care bill being pushed by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is illegal and, if allowed to go uncontested, will result in the death panel provision of the bill becoming permanent.
